Processing Time
Because all items are custom-made, please allow 7–15 business days for processing before your order ships. Processing time may vary depending on order volume, product type, or design complexity.
If you need your order sooner, please contact me prior to purchase to see if a rush option is available.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

Please note that these are estimates and delivery times may be delayed due to postal service issues beyond my control.
Tracking Information
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking to update.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. I am not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package is in the hands of the carrier, I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your item, please check with your local post office or neighbors.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of my products, all sales are final. I do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective. Please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos if there is an issue.
